Refund Policy

• All digital products are non refundable.

• Virtual and in-person guitar lessons require a 24 hour notice before canceling appointment. This will result in a full refund or store credit.

• Virtual and in-person lessons failing to provide adequate notice (24hrs) will result in a $50 charge for the missed lesson and/or late cancellation.

Travel Policy

Seasonal Guitars is located in Macon Georgia, therefore lessons and/or events located outside the Macon, Georgia area, a travel fee will be applied to cover transportation, accommodation (if necessary), and time spent traveling. The fee is calculated based on the event location, distance from Macon, and duration of travel required.

• For events within a 25-mile radius of Macon, no travel fee will apply.

• For events beyond 25-miles, a fee of $1 per additional mile will be charged, with a minimum travel fee of $50.

• For events requiring overnight stays, the cost of accommodations (hotel or similar) and any additional travel expenses will be added.
